Controlled Open Enrollment Information
Florida Statute 1002.31 states that beginning with the 2017-2018 school year, each district school board shall allow a parent from any school district in the state whose child is not subject to a current expulsion or suspension to enroll his or her child in and transport his or her child to any public school that has not reached capacity in the district, subject to the maximum class size.

A student will not be allowed to register at a school outside their attendance zone without an approved Controlled Open Enrollment Application.
For the 2024-2025 school year, these forms should be completed and returned to your school of choice no later than Friday, March 1, 2024.
Forms can be picked up in our front office between 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. or downloaded and printed below using the type-on forms. The application, student contract and supporting documents should be turned into our school office once completed. The review and decision process can take up to two weeks.
