The Rosemary Beach Foundation presents cellist Carrie Miller in a visit to Freeport Elementary School's 4th grade class. The musician's performance is part of the annual music/art contest known as Music in Pictures. The students will create a painting based upon a choice of selected classical music pieces.

Butler Elementary will be supporting red ribbon week the last week of October. 

Monday, October 26: Red-y to be drug free. Wear as much red as possible.

Tuesday, October 27: My future is too BRIGHT for drugs. Wear your sunglasses to block out destructive choices.

Wednesday, October 28: Sock it to drugs. Wear your crazy socks.

Thursday, October 29: Can drugs. Bring a can in for the food drive.

Friday, October 30: Too busy going places to do drugs. Wear your favorite team shirt.

Pre-K Fun!

Our Pre-K classes had a fun time today with shaving cream making letters and shapes.

The SWHS Boys Golf Team defeated Pensacola Catholic by 17 strokes on Tuesday, October 13th to win the district championship!

Fourth grade students at West DeFuniak recently studied Florida's regions and landforms.  To culminate their study, groups created Florida cookies and shared information with their classmates. Yum, Yum!
