Dr. Alexis Tibbetts took time at this morning’s pep rally to acknowledge two great students.  Michela Gray achieved a perfect score on last year’s Biology 1 EOC.  Sarah Guessford also achieved perfect scores on FSA Language Arts and Biology 1 EOC.  Congratulations ladies! Submitted by Barbara Stratton.

5th grade students participated in a STEM challenge activity that involved building the tallest freestanding structure out of spaghetti noodles that would support the weight of one large marshmallow. Submitted by Darlene Paul.

Mrs. Wright introduced her first grade students to a multi-sensory task to accompany a new phonics program. Students write a letter in Playdoh and then make the sound that the letter makes. This lets the students take a hands on learning approach to letter and sound recognition.  Submitted by Elizabeth Gaither.
