This school year, Walton High's Academic Team participated in competitions at each high school in Walton County. Several senior members will be competing Saturday in a regional tournament at Choctawhatchee High School. Three members - Griffon Murphy, Josh Permenter, and Bladen Ward - have been chosen to represent Walton County in the statewide competition at Walt Disney World Resort.

Mrs. Lewis and Ms. Campbell at Freeport Elementary are so excited and thankful to have received a $5,000 grant from the St. Joe Foundation to implement the Ron Clark House System for the 2019-2020 school year at Freeport Elementary. Mrs. Lewis visited the Ron Clark Academy in December. A team of teachers, representing all grade levels will visit the Academy in May.
