Thanks to the generosity of the Dugas Family Foundation, every child at Maude Saunders was allowed to select a book from the school’s Book Fair.  The Foundation teamed up with the school and Scholastic to ensure that no child left the book fair empty-handed.  The Dugas Family Foundation is committed to supporting literacy through their  “All for Books” program. Students in Mrs. Cameron's third grade class learned to work cooperatively to solve problems the first week of school . The students had to create solutions to various problems in order to find hidden school supplies, and ultimately "save the principal" in a fun team-building activity. "Teamwork sparks success" and these third graders are off to a great start! Submitted by Krisy Spence.
