Third grade Multiplication Masters at West Defuniak Elementary celebrated all their hard work on Wednesday. Students who mastered all of their multiplication facts earned admittance to the Multiplication Blowout Fiesta! There, students enjoyed roasted corn, tacos, nachos, and all the extras.  These kiddos are ready for 4th grade! Submitted by Jessica Dawkins.

As schools begin to close, many families are left wondering how they will feed their children during the summer months. The Summer BreakSpot has locations in Walton County School District to provide free meals to kids under 18 all summer long.

Our two main Open sites will be Freeport Elementary & Walton High School. No registration needed. Just show up and receive a free lunch and snack.

 Lunchtimes are 10:30 am – 12:00 pm

Walton High - Mrs. Smith's English I Honors students hosted a Shakespearean Feast today (May 23) to celebrate completing Romeo and Juliet.  They made traditional Elizabethan recipes including English trifles, shepherd's pie, honey cakes, and mincemeat pie.

Field day events at Butler Elementary were a huge success this year. Each grade level had their own special day to engage in some friendly competition and have a great time! Thanks to the Butler PE Department for your hard work planning and managing the fun!
